Xcel Energy is a major U.S. electricity and natural gas company, with operations in 8 Western and Midwestern states. They introduced a smart grid concept to the town of Boulder, Colorado, an artistic and eco-friendly area. Marketing for this audience needed to feel unique and resonate with the community.
